Ok to eat the same thing every day?

Is it ok to eat the exact same thing every day? I dont have much time to count calories and all that good stuff so I've pretty much been eating the same stuff over and over. Is it possible for my body to adjust to this and make my diet less effective? As long as i keep all my fat/protien/carb ratios in check, i should be ok right?
 
yeah you should be fine but just make sure your getting all the vits and minerals needed and you meet all your daily targets(protein carbs and fats).
Only disadvantage I can see is maybe eating the same foods will make ya less likely to stick with the diet because you may become bored after a while. Try adding variation to your diet.(ie chicken instead of tuna, rice instead of pasta, etc.)
 
Yeah, i'm ok with the diet getting a little boring. My ultimate goal is to one day lose my sense of taste lol. That way all these monotonous diets wont matter anyway. I just wanted to make sure that was still healthy. Thanks for the input bros
 
I make a list of different types of food that fit on the diet , i have 3 or 4 different meals for breakfast lunch and dinner and i have them pretty equal in terms of protein/carbs/fat so i just go through them
on saturdays i allow myself to eat one or two meals that aren't on the plan like a couple of slices of pizza for dinner and some cold cereal with milk for breakfast, i don't over indulge and make sure i dont get excess calories but i allow myself to just lay back a bit :)
saturdays are days where I relax and get psyched up for my Sunday training which is the hardest both physicially and mentally of the week (think 3 hours of army bootcamp ;) )
 
Im a creature of habit, I have no problem eating the same thing every day, and it makes cutting very easy.
