ok, time for another friday "post while i workout" workout

just did first BB curl warm up set. put the bar down and ripped my pants.

i hope this isn't an indication of the rest of my day :worried:
 
damn, i kinda set myself up for that one.

took a pic but EF is takign it's time letting me post attachments. grrrrrr.

set one done. 5x5 with 88.6lbs today.

set 2 done, drink water, rinse, repeat. arms are already bitching. just wait til i get to iso curls or hammer curls :evil:
 
5x5 over. i need to get some 2.5lb plates for next week or i'm gonna be screwed. would rather go up 5lbs next week than 8.8. makes a difference.

ok, so halfway through a set, my son opens the bathroom door to yell out do me "daddy daddy daddy! i make a pee i make a stink!" which is cue for me to go wipe his ass. it never ends. here i thought i was gonna get an uninturrupted workout too. damn kids.

moving on to wrist curls, so my typing is going to go to shit now.
 
Hey I gotta sit my daughter on the damn bowl AND wipe her. Consider yourself lucky. I was just busting you bro, that`s pretty good weight for curls. 5X5 can get to you. You`re going up in weight every week too. That`s cool.

I don`t do forearms. They`re too big for my arms as it is.

at, at least my boy gets up on the bowl himself, yet he wouldn't piss or shit in the toilet until this past Janurary....he turned 3 last september!

i like 5x5, good stuff. got up to 105lb 5x5, then failed 110lbs. if i wouldn't of taken some time off, i'd be killing 110 right now or more. just kinda gradually working back into it all.
 
how are your forearms too big for your arms? my forearms are 2" smaller than my bis/tris. could only see them being too big if they were bigger than my bis/tris. you got Popeye arms GL? must be all that jerking off.
 
ok, done. forearms are toast now. last set of wrist curls was a set of 8 with 38lbs. wish i had weights with smaller incriments cause my reverse wrist curl is toast after 2 sets.
