Whey is a pretty fast and Cheep protein source. I NEED something to take in the evening before bed and I thing that Whey will be to fast. Do you know any site where one could read on a scale or something how fast one protein is, taken pure and taken with some fat to slow absorbation. I know there are casein, but I just can't afford one here in this country. I got this Awsome price on Whey, so I thought I would do something about the absorbtion so I wont need to buy a slower one..
