it was nothing great i went out with some friends to eat at a grill and had a 10 inch totilla with fresh chopped steak and shredded cheese, i came home and had two balance bars within the night.
it was more of a "social carb eating" well i survived week one i didnt even have the urge to carb up and still dont. this week ill make sure to do a decent carb up though.
