If I had the chioce between:

- 19-nor-dione
- 4-diol
- 5-diol
- andro-dione

What should I take? Are the dione's or the diol's the crapiest? should I pick one or two, or take them all?

Thinking about 1-2 grams per day.

Do not take androstenedione, the Mark Mcguire crap.
The only positive results I have heard about andro are the diol's and nor-andro, mixed together with a person taking about 600 mgs a day.
