Maybe you can give CKD a shot, w/ a minimal carb-up. I would highly recommend a BodyOpus style diet, especially for precontest.

gives a little fat variety and some carbs on the weekend

Yeah.......

Mr. X is right, or a TKD with lower carbs as well.

12 weeks out is really, really early to start limiting yourself to just those above mentioned foods. I keep the food clean, but don't buckle down to only a few choices until 4 weeks away or so.

Yes, a TKD w/ a carb-up is also a very good idea. If done correctly, it can be more muscle sparing while lowering the bodyfat.

Hey Bro,

I know how you feel.... Been getting ready for my own contest which is in 2weeks 4 days.

12 weeks of dieting can make anyone go crazy but it is well worth the end results.

Stick with it and GOOD LUCK!!

By the way which show are you doing if you do not mind me asking?

hey whats up, im doing a crappy show in new jersey, weight 235 im going to step on stage at 189-193lbs somwhere around there hopefully around 4% drug free baby. also to SC, i like eating clean, plus my wallet is kinda tight right now so these are my main sources of protein and carbs. im proley gonna switch my carbs up and actually cut out the rice and oatmeal. in place of them i plan to add some leafy vegetables. i think im gonna cut down my protein shakes to just one a day after post workout, because im starting to get sick of them already. gonna hit up some more egg whites i think. drinking a shitload of water , 2 gals a day woohoo. also i added NYC and hydroxycut. plan to alternate between the 2 every to weeks. heres a question i have? even though this is a shitload of caffiene do you think i can combine hydroxycut and NYC together in the same dosage? i was thinking take 2 caps of hydroxycut and 2 tabs of NYC? whatdo u think? instant heartattack i think?

Yes, instant heart attack, if all of your dendrites wiggling at the speed of light doesn't get you first. :worried: Why on earth would you take that much of both, and combine them? Are you especially tolerant to stimulants?

I would say start out slow, 1 cap of Hydroxy + 1-2 tabs of NYC...NOT! instant heart attack...look I"m here, I've done 6 NYC w/ 4 ECA, but don't try that at home.

NYC+ECA is a VERY potent combo is done correctly
