hey whats up, im doing a crappy show in new jersey, weight 235 im going to step on stage at 189-193lbs somwhere around there hopefully around 4% drug free baby. also to SC, i like eating clean, plus my wallet is kinda tight right now so these are my main sources of protein and carbs. im proley gonna switch my carbs up and actually cut out the rice and oatmeal. in place of them i plan to add some leafy vegetables. i think im gonna cut down my protein shakes to just one a day after post workout, because im starting to get sick of them already. gonna hit up some more egg whites i think. drinking a shitload of water , 2 gals a day woohoo. also i added NYC and hydroxycut. plan to alternate between the 2 every to weeks. heres a question i have? even though this is a shitload of caffiene do you think i can combine hydroxycut and NYC together in the same dosage? i was thinking take 2 caps of hydroxycut and 2 tabs of NYC? whatdo u think? instant heartattack i think?
