yeah i didnt bulk with bad food, actually i had a planned diet that i ate each day of 20 X bw in cals, and food consisted of wheat bread, banana, chicken, brown rice, steak, peanut butter, oatmeal, tuna fish, protein shakes, and grape nuts with 1% milk.
bfold i like the idea of your diet and i have seen it before, though you were able to keep a good solid 2 lbs each time, i always hear 2 steps forward 1 step backward but i doesnt seem to be working that way at all for me.
