Well, if you look at the exammple of T-enanthate where I gave it an arbetrary half life of 1 week, it takes at least 3-4 weeks to reach it's highest, and hence theraputic blood concentration. This is when 500mg/week is used and is injected one time per week. The amount used really doesn't matter.. it will still take the same time to reach a theraputic level, albeit, your theraputic level of 800mg/week of eq is going to be a heck of a lot higher than someone who is using 400mg/week...
Let me say again, an AAS cycle resembles a bell curve... The x axis is time and the y axis is amount released per day.... "front end loading" shifts the bell curve to the left so that you hit the climax at an earlier time.
As far as how and when to take the shots... It depends on how many ml's you want to pump yourself with.. If you double your weekly dose and take that on the first day, it would be effective as a front end load..
Front end loading with AAS is especially imoportant for guys 1)using long acting steroids and 2) who are on a timed (say 8week) cycle. IF you planned to use 400mg per week and only took that much, it would take you almost halfway through the cycle to reach your climax..
To sum it up, the idea with a timed AAS cycle is to spend as much time as possible at the "top" of the curve.... You achieve this with a large first dose.
