ok i did a search on slin and....

i learned some valuable info from monster and acneman
carb/protein drink with no fat immediately after shot
high protein and at least 10g of carbs per iu of slin
then 1 1/2 hrs later a balanced meal.....what should this meal be?...any input from the experienced users?
start at 2 iu? only post workout correct?
up it by 1iu per day until 10 or so then stop after 4 weeks?
does this all sound correct?...
 
tuna and chicken with rice or potato.

10 units per day seems like it may be alot for a first time user. But see how you feel. I will take it post wo, but more experienced bros take it 2x ED.

Ok, ive been on log for two weeks or so now. I use it post workout and in the mourn on off days. im using 12 units mid workout now and taking in 100 grams of dextrose after workout and not feeling hypo coming on except some sleepiness. I think hats because my classes are boring as shit and would put me to sleep even after a couple lines. as for the meal after the carb and protein shake well i dont really wait i just constantly eat through out the day. but there right not to eat any fat for at least 2 hours after the shot preferably 3 for most just to be careful. By the way i started at 4 units with not probs but used 100 grams of dextrose while building up to my current dosages. The two unit mark on a u100 slin pin is so little i wonder if any even makes it through the pin to get in the body. Ill probubly stop at 15 units or maybe take 5 preworkout and 10-12 post next week.
 
when i first started usin slin about a year ago, i started at 7iu's, i use 10 now, i dont feel that there is a need to higher than 10iu's, i try to consume 10-15g carbs with a lot of protein per iu plus no fat like you said

Bronco944 - why would you take 12iu's mid-workout? i wouldnt advise that bro, dangerous
 
i started at like 5 iu my first time. and today (second time) i bumped it up to eight iu. you can use carbo force, ultra fuel...whatever you want. i usually have to go to work after i workout and dont always have time to make a balanced meal so i just take some isopure powder or myoplex packets with me to work. i dunno about everyone else but humalog kinda gives me the munchies. i slam down a shake in like 10 seconds and cant stop eating and then i come home and start pigging out.

For one i eat a ton of carbs before i start lifting. like i said i never really stop eating. also its not so much mid workout as before my last excersize for the workout, wich i usually drop the weight and pound out the reps. the pumps i get are unreal after. also i think the slin takes advantage of the dextrose, creatine and glutamine better if alowed to enter the blood stream before taking the shake. i havent even come close to feeling hypo yet eccept for that first time when it put me to sleep in class. the only thing i notice is intence pumps and some serious hunger in 30 mins or so after the shot. By the way i have a good idea for making your post slin carb drinks, ill post it when i have time, nothing really special just very convienient. forget all that expencive carbo force or cell tech bullshit you can make your own relatively easy with the amout of creatine and glutamine and dextrose you want per serving, and make it any flavor you want.
