lol i wasnt meaning it in a bad way

i right now can bench raw 125 my 125 PR was on monday and hopefully by bench with a shirt is gonna be alot more awesome than that.

thanks and i have been benching june 28th of of last year and then i was off an on and got serious and started powerlifting in may or so - something like that at least thats what my half ass records say lol



caster - i dont even have my shirt yet im anxiously waiting for it to come so i can get in some working with it before my contest.

thanks scots im excited and ready to put in the hard work its going to be one hell of a tough run for me cause i love to cook and eat but im determined to win ;)
if anyone else can do it i sure as hell can




as far as the tat comment well im not letting it bother me i still greened his ass besides not everyone can think the tats are tasteful and i above all people know that - everytime im in public people are always staring and commenting so im used to all kinds of reactions.
