ok gurus...dieting....using t3...keep cals the same?

tren/prop/mast/and t3 at 50mcg.....do i keep cals the same as before i started the t3...i was losing fat at that time....or do i increase protein intake to keep growing and leaning up????

do you mean for protein intake? i am eating about 350 g daily all from chicken , steak ang eggs....no powders except pwo. basically 30-40 g pro every 2 hours or so. fat intake is near 30 g and carbs at 100g
 
well i want to keep running the t3 at low dose...50mcg may be too much if so i'll drop to 25mcg but i want to see how lean i can get without sacrificing gains...i think i notice a little strength decrease but that may be mental??
 
T3, clen all this works better with a lot of cardio and reduced diet, increased cardio.

You look fine in your pick, I would not worry about t-3.

but bro i want to look like i have no skin...just muscle haha!! seriously though i want to lean out a little more then i will switch to primo/var/sus combo and add a little lean mass while i am at a low bf.......

You didn't mention anything about ramping up and back down with the t-3.

Your pretty damn lean already bro. lol! Its never enough. I definately understand that. I'm doing a shit ton of cardio lately. I fuckin hate it. I'm thinking of throwin in some t-3 in a week or so and run it for 6 weeks.
