My first day is tomorrow on my new routine,I have been doing light workouts for about two weeks now and the ribs feel fine,I have been told not to start with heavy BB exercises for now and to stick with DB's and my normal machine exercises,this has been advised to me by a few older lifters.Just going for a little more advice,cuz at almost two months off I feel like getting in the gym and hitting it like a homocidal maniac.
