My first day is tomorrow on my new routine,I have been doing light workouts for about two weeks now and the ribs feel fine,I have been told not to start with heavy BB exercises for now and to stick with DB's and my normal machine exercises, this has been advised to me by a few older lifters.Just going for a little more advice, cuz at almost two months off I feel like getting in the gym and hitting it like a homocidal maniac. :chomp:

take it easy and light. dont risk reinjury, and forget your previous numbers for a while. i bet it feels damn good to get back in that gym.

Yes it does feel good to get back,I was very depressed during this layoff,I did'nt lose but 5lbs though,I am real keyed up right now,I know I will definately take more time with my workouts and incorporate stretching, and johnrobholmes your fuckin' avatar makes me crack up every time I see it bro! ;)
