Ok, decided to write it down - my plan

finaly decided what to do for a training split, diet and so on.

First gear.

doing my forth week with EQ 600mg and Test E 800mg per week.
been on dbol now for 16days at 30-35mg per day(depending on awake hours). Decided to drop the dbol finishing 21days, be off for 30, then jump on winny 50mg ED 4 weeks.

Suppliements
CLA 6-8g per day
GLA 2g per day
Milktistle 2g per day
ALA 1.5g per day
Garlic extract 1.2g per day
Dl-tocyf. (e-vit) 920per day
pantotenic acid 3g per day
multivitamine 3 per day
zink 75mg per day(15mg per multivitamine + 30extra before bed)
Dandellion exctract 100mg per meal(600-800mg per day...pissing like a mongey)
40g omega3 per day
40g omega 6+0 per day
Will soon add in Clen and with that bump cals(done this before and It has helped me a lot with holding fat away as I gain muscle and strength)

Protein a lot, about 50g per meal(8-9 meals per day)
Carbs between 50-80 per meal
Fat 10-15 per meal

My workout

Mon: Chest 2 movements, shoulders 2 movments(front), tri 1 movement(if I pick flat bench I will follow up with military press for shoulders in front. If I pick incline bench I will follow up with military press behind the neck, as the incline bench will stress shoulders more than the flat one, atleast for me. (week 1 starting with deads, week 2 starting with rows)

Tue: Back, 3 movements, Trapz 1 movement, biceps/forearms (hammers 3sets)

Wedn: OFF

Thu: Legs, Calfs, Abs

Fri, backside of shoulders, sides of shoulders, 2 sets of bench 3reps, 2 sets of shoulderpress 3reps

Triceps + biceps in supersets

Sat: Rest + streching + doing absolutly nothing probably, just eat andrest

Sun, rest and food..

Mon: Shoulders then chest, end with Dips
Tue: lower back

wedn OFF

Thu, legs

fri off

Sat arms + chins(also startin gslin this day and 3 weeks forward.

well that's my plan :)

I will change movements every session, never doing flat bench 2 times in a row, never deadlifts 2 sessions in a row and so on.
