Im trying to drop about 10-15 pounds for the summer. Im currently 6ft 205 lbs, prolly about 17% bf (all in gut). Feel free to critique how Im eating. In () Im putting what I eat on lifting days. All measurements dry measure.
6:00 am Cardio
7:00 am 2 scoops whey in water (Egg beater omelette, 1 cup oats)
1 cup oatmeal
11:00 am Salad w/
Spinach, tuna, raisins, red beans, broccoli, fresh fruit, low cal dressing
(rotisserie chicken breast skinless, baked potato, veggies)
2:30 pm 2 T anpb and 2 scoops whey in water
(2 scoops whey in water, 1 cup oats)
5:00 pm regular egg omelette, some form of beans, brocolli or repeat 11:00 am chicken meal but sub out the baked potato for more veggies
8-9 pm 2 T anpb
I also drink about 4 20 oz bottles of water daily. So hows it look?
