just shoot it 1 hour before lifting. you will be a mad dog in the gym. if you want to slow the release some, shoot it in the delt, arms or calves. the release of the oil bolus is a little bit slower there than in the glute or quad.
the main thing with timing is the aggression factor. just because it clears fast does not mean it is not helping you grow the rest of the day....your estro levels and igf1 levels and all that other good stuff are elevated for a longer period.
