i lost 7lbs in the first week. granted, most of that is water from the lack of carbs. i look a bit leaner though. 3 more weeks left, pretty much, and hopefully this fat starts to fall of by the lbs. i will be dropping the calories every 4-5 days starting with today. i will be doing cardio after every lifting session (i did some yesterday and it was some of the hardest cardio i ever did...lack of carbs?).
well, we'll see how lean i get in 3 wks.
