Cool pic but very off season. I love seeing off season pics bc I always wonder how they look when they arent dieting for a show. We never get to see enough of those...
 
Valentina is my FAV!!! She looks very beautiful w/ muscle and carrys it well.....got the girl on my fridge for inspiration:)
 
well aparently it took her 12 years....but for 10 of then she was the ukranian champ( which she won after 6 months training !!) so I guess she's had it longer than that.....

Before she started training she was (literally) a stick.....so there's hope yet (but maybe not for my spelling...)
 
Sometimes I really find myself caught up in my admiration of the female form. And damn if Valentina doesn't just have it all. I REEAALLLY like that last one.

I don't think facials do any good spatts....not unless you can afford one everyday, otherwise they mess with your oil secretion thingys and about a week later you be pizza. Exfoliating s'good.

I think I could have nice skin if I got electrolysis and so could stop having to shave my legs. I'm useless with a razor.
 
umm....I dunno I just did it the normal way. I did wonder whether they'd move the thread to the "piccies of pros" board but I thought us girls would like a little late nite inspiration (well it's nite here anyway).

We'll have to wait and see.

After seeing her at the Mr O I fell in love with her. She has to be the most beautiful of all the Mrs O comptetitors, or even the most beautiful female bodybuilder ever. She's smoking. And the accent is an added bonus. What a turn on... :p

How many men do you see everyday that look like her? Why is it that everytime a guy is attracted to a muscular female he's labeled a closet homosexual? I don't get it. Muscle isn't female or male. It's looks good on both sexes...
 
You know what Johnny five? I have yet to be impressed with any of your posts so far? Not sure where you came from but you have not added any positive help to the womens board. if you do not like females w/ muscle this is not the place for you to be. This womens board is FOR WOMEN to encourage one another and be inspired as well. We allow men that like Daeo, Lobo, W6 and so on..because they give us informative infromation and help us ladies out. Take your comments to the chat board or anabolic...but not here. Valentina looks nothing like a male! her body is a work of art!

Most women on this board have muscle...it is a BODYBUILDING board! In case you forgotten. If you like skinny gals..to each his own but your comments here are not appreciated. I am assuming you must be a rather small guy intimidated by women w/ muscle and beauty...its ok..I know a lot of men full of jealousy and can not handle it as well, but dont bring it to the womens forum please....Fair warning?
 
Truy www.dhccare.com Everything is olive oil based. The deep cleansing oil is awesome at removing makup and does wash away clean. I've only used their sample pack so far but love it!
 
Johnny, I'm not a mod, but I don't really see that getting eveyone riled up is really helping the women's board. Don't you think you be better off sticking to the chat board? If you're going tobe posting village idiot level stuff (your name, not mine) that's probably the place for it.
