OK, Maybe I am a bit slow. I signed up for the Platinum Membership:
1) Its been almost 24 hours and the system still sees me as a "regular" member.
2) There is no obvious (again, maybe I am blind) Customer Service or Help section beyonf the FAQs.
3) I tried several times, including sending an email to George regarding this problem.
What's up here. Please advise...
