official super bowl XXXIX thread

I he's right up there in Culpepper territory for being a jackass who can't control his emotions. NO touch on the ball AT ALL, and several key bad decisions. Philly won't ever win it all with him as the quarterback...now I'm entirely convinced.

Damn...as much respect as I have for you I have no choice but to say that is complete BS!

Please elaborate...I'd love to hear you try and defend McNabb's piss-poor accuracy on so many throws. His ability as a pure pocket-passer has always been in question...and he was improving this season, but the pressure today put him back to the same ol' Donovan.

OMG...are you serious? Mcnabb has been nothing but great, especially this year. Of course his maturing has been seen as he has had his issues where he was off/ancy and threw low/high passes that were completely off. His dominance as a great qb has been more than established as he has not only shown that he has poise, but also acuracy. Come on...he did not do bad at all this game. First time in the Superbowl, against an awesome defense, an injured receiving core...give the man a break. He's not accomplished what Brady has, but he has been in the NFC Championship for the 4 of 5 years he's been in the league. HE CANNOT BE LOOKED AT AS A BAD QB! It's not like he came into the league and lost like a shit ton of the qbs that have. Who's better? Brady? Possibly since he does have the 3 superbowls. Manning? Ha freaking ha. He's dang good and i believe he deserves the MVP, but he cannot lead like McNabb does. Who's next? Culpepper???

He is a good QB, but hes just too unreliable. you never know when he will perform. And, as we seen tonight, he cracks under pressure
