What's up guys?
I'm 29 years old (for another month.. gimme a break), 5'11" and weigh 177lbs @ 9.38% and haven’t reached my genetic limit... (I don’t think anyway...)
Anyway...
I've done cycles in the past, and have experience with Sustanon, Test Cyp (Cypadex), Dbol a few times, as well as deca, Prop and Winny... I've done 3 cycles in total... all in moderate dosages... last year I did a 16 weeker, that just kinda made me bloat up, and get all puffy/zitty... my diet was ass though, and I looked like shit.
Now I've got my diet etc... dialed in, and am wanting to run short quick cycles, to almost mimic someone with good genes, while training 'natural' if that makes sense... decent keepable gains from 3 - 4 short cycles that I can see, and be farther ahead come the end of the year. I model, and am looking to get harder, however a little size is ok too…
Currently I'm eating a 40/40/20 diet, that consists of mainly chicken, beef, brown rice, veggies, shakes, and Udo's oil... I fire in the odd coke here and there, and get the munchies... I've been known to scarf down a whole large pizza, and a small Ben and Jerry's ice cream...
Ok.. enough rambling...
My goals are pretty simple... I'd like to lean out somewhat all the while gaining a bit... BUT.. I realize this isn't the easiest thing to do. SO.. I might just bite the bullet and go on a fatloss type deal... I still gotta decide... I've decided to attach a few pics... (although I'm reluctant, and look like a stoner... lol ) to see what you guys think... Be forewarned... I’m no mass monster... lol...
The other thing I was wondering is if any of you have had success using the Anabolic diet 35/5/60 Protein/Carbs/Fat... with around 25 x BW in cals to grow?
Ok... and last, but not least... the cycle... I’ve decided on: (perhaps I should hold off before running any drugs?) I’ve attached my proposed cycle in a .zip file… along with my food intake…
Please give me any questions and comments etc... that you have... Also… if someone wants to host these for non-plats… that’d be cool…
