Official EF Capitol Report

Just thought I would share some information from my very
brief visit to our nations Capitol Wednesday...

I flew into Reagan National on a 60 passenger Delta Commuter Jet, thinking the odds of someone
wanting to crash one of these things into a bldg. was less than a full sizer.

Before we take off from Orlando they warn us Emphatically that at 30 Minutes out from Reagan,
NO ONE IS TO STAND UP on the aircraft for any reason until landing. And if someone does
stand up, the plane will NOT LAND at Reagan, but will be diverted to another airport.
The gave you this warning like 4 times and 10 minutes before it takes place they tell you "Pee now or hold it".
Same Rule on takeoff from Reagan. From takeoff to 30 Minutes out, No one can leave their seat..


The approach in this Small Jet was unlike any other I have been through. Very tight turns and steep approach
docents. So steep that I was actually bracing myself in the seat several times. Wayy Cool !

I was amazed at how small National Airport is.

Drive up George Washington Parkway along the river.. Beautiful !

Avis gave me a big ugly Pontiac Aztec to drive.... I'm glad - "Outa my way.. Rental Boat"
I-270 is in pretty good shape and the traffic was not too bad.

Wash Monument Reflecting pond was drained as they work on the WWII memorial.

Nature Boy: Is it just me or it the DC area flodded with Ultra HOT Women ?
At the Airport, and even at a Target store in Gaitherburg, Hot middle aged women dressed to the 9's...

Unfortunatly, GWB was busy, and gave me a rain check on a visit and lunch..

What is the timeframe before I'll know if I was exposed to a dirty bomb or other biohazard ?

All in all, a very hectic and brief stay with no time to see the real deal.

I was at the Marriott Residence Inn down the street.

That Sporting goods store in the Washingtonian center or whatever it's called was outstanding.
Great hunting/firearms/fishing section.

And those Roudabouts or whatever at the intersections were way too much fun... Almost got run over several times..

That's GALYAN's right? Also that's the Target with the "cartilator." It takes your shopping cart up a level with you because it's on 2 levels.

And seeing a Target Shopping cart loaded, going up an Escalator thingy was quite entertaining.
Immagine if it got stuck with all your stuff.. Also Elevators with doors on each side.

I went up there to kill time while my room was not ready yet.

And seeing a Target Shopping cart loaded, going up an Escalator thingy was quite entertaining.
Immagine if it got stuck with all your stuff.. Also Elevators with doors on each side.

Next time you're close to DC let me know bro......
