Why can't people just use EMAIL? It's quiet, polite, convenient, and serves as a handy written record of what went on, so I don't have to make separate notes. Plus, when someone sends an email, they have to do all their thinking before they write. Nothing is more annoying than listening to someone 'think out loud'.

I can't f---ing stand the telephone - ARRRGH!!! And save face-to-face for when it's really necessary.

Agree.

Try working on the phone with idiots that try to convey technical information via the phone or voicemail. You will find yourself sinking into madness replaying the message trying to record the exact information, because they fail to use email.

yup, email hands down.

Now, if people would EVER FUCKIN REPLY that would be even better!
LOL Ha!! Yeah!!
I love email though - it's a written record which is so important! There's this lady at work, who sends an email & immediately after calls me anyway! I'm like WTF?! Why did she bother emailing me then? Thank God for Caller ID 'cause I let that bad boy hit voicemail, then I respond to her email.

If I need to make an Impact it's telephone
If I just need a bit of back and forth its IM
If I want to Tell somoeone something its Email

I rarely do face to face..

E-mail, it's easier for me to cuss at them and call them the idiots that they are.

Yep - that about sums it up for me as well.

I have every fax and email I have ever sent since 2001 - I recently threw away 97-2000. They always come in handy when I have to remind someone what was originally discussed.

:chomp:

Oh -I'd also like to add that you can tell a lot about a cleint when you communicate via email.

I especially love to share the ones with language so poor it's barely understandable - those are usually the *cough* CEO types.
