Is it legal (and possible) for a bank to REVOKE a WIRE transfer if it's made from within a U.S. bank account to a U.S. bank account or Canadian to Canadian? Someone told me a story that he got $500 wire half a year ago to his account and the wiring bank revoked it after half a year...
