Diet diet diet yea hear it over and over....Ok your off now your eating the same as being on to maintain your gains.Now ppl say oh you got to eat alot to gain weight.Well you can only eat some much food theres a limit one reaches..Now i have lost like almost no weight or size on my off the wall PCT i did.Hell i look better now i think, veins poping, ripped up look. Now if i go on again and i am still eating just as much as always i shouldnt beable to gain on another cycle right? Funny because this would be the theroy the way ppl claim you have to eat to gain weight. Now what i dont get is if your packing on muscle you should gain weight anyways correct? So the bottom line is if i cant double my food intake again i wont gain?
My thoughts...If your working out hard enough to rip good amounts of muscle on your workouts feeding them properly and leting them rest long enough you should gain good solid mass and weight correct? I am not the smartest guys on the block why i am asking but i sure as hell know how to pack on muscle lol....
