Off Day means............

another 2x cardio day........sucks!!!!!! and I'm trying to bulk up too.....treadmill in the AM.....spin at night.........damn this......

Good question. Actually on your off days, when bulking you might want to consider avoiding any unecissary activity.

he's a bodybuilder, his goal is to build and display his physique. pictures of guys in speedos should be pretty standard on a board where bodybuilding is popular
 
More speedos less 'peedos' and the world will be a better place
 
I don't do cardio while bulking. That's just me though, some cardio works better for some people.

As I've said many times... anyway at least I don't ahve on posing trunks. They are alot more revealing. Be careful what you guys ask for by saying you don't want to see my underwear in my avatar... I do have a nude posted on the pictures of men forum...
 
Can't he do cardio and just eat more?

It's somewhat typical for me to do 2 cardio workouts and one lifting workout a day (run morning, lift afternoon, box at night) and I consume 4150 calories on such days.

I'm not bothered by the lack of clothes, but I wouldn't mind seeing a newer pic. That avatar is a bit dated, no?

On the subject: I am a firm believer that two 25-minute HIIT cardio sessions a week while bulking are extremely beneficial and will do wonders for your cardiovascular health, VO2 intake, and, of course, keeping the fat gains down.

I agree with you there.
I just have to find a place to work it in.
 
a week or day>>?? So many of us dont do cardio when bulking, but really get the bloated look....I'm talkn a mere 35 mins. on the treadmill at 4.0 and ramped all the way up......good for the calves and hams....nice deep stretch....

ohashi, perhaps I'll work on some new pictures to put up in my avatar. Guys have stopped bitching about it so much, and that spoils the fun of keeping this one up.
 
Jkurz, no offense taken. I've had other guys that I work with wonder the same thing. I'm stylish, shave my body and am very body conscious, but I love women, and have no sexual attraction to other men.
