off cycle gyno

I finished a cycle and during the first week of my PCT - post cycle therapy - I developed a gynecomastia lump in my left pec. I stayed on the Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - for the full 4 weeks of 40/40/20/20 dosage.

the gynecomastia didn't go away with the Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - alone so I started taking Femera - letrozole - at 2.5mg a day.

I keep reading conflicting opinions on whether to take the Femera - letrozole - with or without Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - .

I am completey off cycle and want tro reverse the gynecomastia lump should I take just Femera - letrozole - or should i stack Femera - letrozole - and Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - ?

basically what im asking is it pointless to take nolva while taking letro?

i hear many conflicting arguments and would like to hear from some people who have had success in treating their gyno.

i used nolva, didn't work... currently using femara @ 2.5 ED...not really working either, so i ordered some cabaser. Since im milking, people said it could be a blocked milk duct instead of gyno. so im just using trial and error to figure shit out.

I ran nolva at 40mg ed/letro 1.25 for several months trying to get rid of my gyno from tren(2 shots!). I eventually gave up and had gyno-surgery. if you have a hard lump, you probably won't be able to get rid of it..

Running letro to reverse gyno - It is important to start running letro (the strongest AI available) ASAP when gyno lumps are apparent. Its a good idea to build up over 5 days to max dose of 2.5mg ED. ie : days 1-5 - .25mg,50mg,1mg,1.5mg,2mg,2.5mg on day 5 to allow the body to adjust to the low levels of estrogen that letro inhibits (98% reduction in some cases). There is no need to run any SERMs with an AI. Remain on that dose until symptoms subside & then up to a week after the lump is gone. Remember you will still be on cycle if necessary. Then taper the dose down as done in the buildup to help prevent rebound. You can then either supplement with another AI like adex or (dare I say it here) 6oxo or another SERM. Then conduct your PCT as scheduled using nolva & clomid at the end of your cycle as normal.

I wouldnt take the NOLVA with LETROZOLE or ARIMIDEX for that matter. ALSO remember other drugs,,,even OTC products can cause GYNO.

i've been on the letro for 5 days and this stuff totally makes me feel like shit. Not only my sex drive is gone, but i just feel bad in general. I hope i don't have to stay on this very long.
