odd question...CKD

I just woke up and I was so hungry that without thinking, started eating...oatmeals and nuts ...u know christmas junk thats still hangin around. I mad my ckd meal plan ready to start today but fucked it up auviously...can i cut back on the Udo's oil and keep the MCT's and start it at my next meal time? i don't want to eat junk all day...I have done it all this week and it has got to stop!

Yup, you should actully keep calories low for the rest of the day to make up for at least a part of the binge. But, I wouldn't recommend eating a lot of fat because you've eaten a lot of carbs already which will spike your blood sugar at different times of the day. Start a CKD tomorrow, today just run a protein diet w/ low cal.
