Does anyone have info. on this new fat burner by Syntrax? Will it be as effective as the claims say?

No we do and alot of them, and apparantly they become more active with ephedrine as the beta2s dowregulate. Which is why fat burning supposedly increases with prolonged use.

Has anyone used Beta3 yet? I'm wondering how effective it is. Syntrax has put out some of the best fat burners out there... wondering if this will be one of them.

Do you have a reference showing that humans have a lot of beta3 receptors??

Also, that ephedrine study is just a single study, and the authors speculated that beta3 activation might be involved, but they did not actually even look at beta3 binding or activation.

I've read it on a few sites regarding extended use of ephedrine. they wern't pushing any product and didn't sell anything. But you may be right the observation could be based off that single study your talking about. It was stuff I read about a long while ago.

I think the fatburning effect they were talking about wasn't so much of a metabolism increase but rather of a partitioning effect of as prolonge eph use goes on the body is more opt to burn fat than carbs. Of course that doesn't change the underlying cal in cal out equation any.

I hate to give out blatenly wrong information and I hope I havn't done so I may even have misinterprated some things or missed something as I skimmed the article over. I was trying to recall on articles I had read a long while ago.
