Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

hey bros, my gf has ocd, and i think its getting worse. She's on 50mg zoloft now but it hasnt help a lot. Sides are annoying too..esp. the loss of libido. Anyways, just throwing the question out here...Does anyone here have, or know someone with ocd? If so, what treatments have proven to be helpful. Any input very much appreciated
