Werent the dems facing doom and gloom for a generation after the 2004 elections? Evil Bush wasnt "supposed" to win but did and even picked up more seats in congress??? It was even worse for dems on 2004 than it was for Repubs just now, but yet 4 years later obama won over mccain and the rest is history

demographic shifting, more and more unemployed become dependent, white people are old and racist,blahblahblah.

Or, the fact that independents and moderates heard the modern GOP's message and it made them throw up in their mouths a little bit.

Since youre obviously playing a team sport here, it would be best to face reality if you want to "win" next time around.

Or you can keep listening to Karl "we create our own reality" Rove and claim voter fraud, the decline of the white man, etc.

karl rove has had a pretty good run as a political strategist, he's won more than he has lost.

The biggest government program we have, Medicare, currently pays out to an 85% white group. I get tired of people painting this picture of all the "leechers" being inner city dwellers.
