OATMEAL: slow cooking vs. instant

Quick tip for anyone who cares. I recently began mixing two scoops of my favorite protein powder with two scoops of the original oatmeal (unflavored). I just chug it down. Low glycemic, good carbs, fiber and lots of total protein. It's been my breakfast for a few weeks now. Doesn't mix that great, but works very good.
