okay guys, first off i want to say thanks to any of you who have given me advice. about two months ago i was weighing in at 192. (Im 22 years old and 5-11). well i had no idea what my body fat % was but i had alot of access fat around my stomach and waste, but nothing noticeable unless i took my shirt off. after rearranging my diet, im down to 180. the only place i can notice any difference is my gut. i can actualy see my top two sets of abs now! ive never been able to do this before. ive been very strict on my diet and have surprised myself at how good i have done. ive figured that id rather look great, than eat like a dumpster. anyways, like i said i have my top 4 abs showing but id like to get them showing even more and then lastly, those bottom 2 abs! i know those are the hardest. but anyways enough ramble here is my question:
i used to eat donuts and cereal and poptarts for breakfast. now i eat a protien shake and oatmeal. my oatmeal is the instant quaker oatmeal strawberries and cream kind. now, most people talk about eating the plain oats with the quaker on the front. i just cant seem to eat them. the difference between the two types that i see the most is the sugar. per serving the flavored has 12 grams of sugar, and regular has only 1. i would be eating two servings for breakfast so more like 24 grams with instant flavored, and 2 grams for the regular oats. is this enough sugar to where i should definitely switch to the regular if i want to rip up my stomach? my only other real source of sugar during my day is an apple. i noticed they both have the same amount of carbs.
anyways thats the question - to switch or not to switch. thanks.
