Ok I'm tryin to bulk up a little bit.Now I recently got a new job in which Im up at 430 Am and I dont get home till around 700.So I tend to be eating less than I should be.Now lately before bed Ive been eating oatmeal a little less than a cup with 2 tablespoons PB and cottage cheese mixed in and I also take about 500 mg of ALA.Is this a good idea or no.NUtrition isnt my strong point just lookin for some advice
