Oatmeal before bed..

Ok I'm tryin to bulk up a little bit.Now I recently got a new job in which Im up at 430 Am and I dont get home till around 700.So I tend to be eating less than I should be.Now lately before bed Ive been eating oatmeal a little less than a cup with 2 tablespoons PB and cottage cheese mixed in and I also take about 500 mg of ALA.Is this a good idea or no.NUtrition isnt my strong point just lookin for some advice

I don't see why not, I would say use 1 cup oat meal w/ 2 scoops of protein and add some Peanut butter (1tbsp.) for a complete meal. Don't forget the 500mg ala and some fiber supplementation to slow down digestion.

I take one cup oatmeal with 15g caseinprotein and 150g chickenbreast, red meat or tuna. With that psylliumseeds
