Although this is a bit off topic, I figured what the hell. I was talking to my boy Rick a couple of weeks ago, and he was telling me how he was disappointed that they were not having the "Bench your bodyweight" contest at the Olympia this year. Apparently, Collins has been taking it easy with the heavy benching and toying around with high reps. I have confirmed that our favorite "Steroid lawyer" is benching 225 for around 30 reps!!!
Now I'm not trying to stroke his ego here but that's pretty F'n impressive! It's more impressive when you take into account a minimum 55 hour work week where nutrition often takes a backseat to clients, and the fact that the man trains at 10 or 11pm at night. I don't know about you guys but I thought that was pretty noteworthy. Anyway, Collins tells me that for fun he is going to try and get it up to 50 reps by next year....
Rick is currently hovering around 230-235 and could easily drop down to 225, so I wish him luck.
Just thought I'd break it up with a little interesting fact about the man. OK, back to the questions.
