Aside from telling everyone about dry cottage cheese (21g protien per 1/2 cup) I'm gonna let my other one go.

My all time favorite stir fry muscle food:

Grizzly-Rice Stir Fry:
1 cup brown basmati rice (uncooked)
4 medium chicken breasts
2 cups cooked frozen peas
1/2-3/4 jar (7 oz. jar) Woh Hup's schezwan hot sauce
1 pkg. Nasa Georing paste (find it in the fried rice mix section of the grocery store)
Olive oil
Hemp seeds (shelled)
6 eggs
Cayanne pepper

Prepare rice as per directions. Prepare frozen peas as per directions.
Cut chicken into stir fry sized peices (small)
Pour hot sauce in large frying pan with raw chicken pieces, sprinkle liberally with cayane pepper and cook until done. Remove from frying pan.
Pour approx. 2 tbsp. of Olive oil (or whatever oil you want) into warm frying pan and mix in Nasa Georing paste. Add cooked rice to frying pan and fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Push rice to one side of frying pan and add 6 eggs (only 2 yolks - rest is whites) and scramble on one side of pan. Mix scrambled eggs together with rice and add cooked chicken and peas mixing together. Sprinkle two tbsp. of shelled hemp seeds over mix (if you live in the United States of Paranoia - use sesame seeds or the DEA will spank you!).

You can freeze this for lunches/dinners/etc. It is awsome! It is hot. It is full of protien and carbs. Great stuff!

Now everyone is saying "what the fuck is Nasa Georing paste??" I think it's Indian. It mixes well with the schezwan hot sauce. Every time I heat it up in my office at work for lunch I have people at my door saying "Hey what smells so good...blah, blah, blah...let me eat my damn lunch please!!"

I don't think there is any significant amounts of sugar in either. If anything it's just alot of hot spices.

Keep in mind that the amount you actually prepare from this recipe is quite a bit. As a result your serving has very little amounts of either paste or sauce. Sugar and added carbs would be miniscule.

I made the rice from your recipe (used brown rice instaed).
It was good, but I dont really see what benefit the frying is... dosent seem to taste much different.
I like the eggs in their tho.

Bullit,

Glad you liked it. Yeah, brown rice, brown basmati...either or.

I don't know I've always fried it. I just had some for lunch though. I don't seem to get sick of it.

So you were able to find the hot sauce and Nasa Georing then?
