NYC or Clen?

I can get some clen really cheep. So i was thinking would if be better to just buy some clen, or to get some NYC to burn some fat? What one has the most bang for the buck, as far as fat burning goes

If you can get clen cheap I'd use both, alternating every two weeks.
If the clen was expensive, I'd just stick with the NYC.

2-3weeks in that order.. though other variations that follow similar principles should be fine

clen should be relatively spaced.. as short breaks are not sufficient for most to get good effect again.. though it varies.

There are different "types" of ephedrine. The most effective is Nor-Ephedrine. That is what is used in NYC.

there is no data regarding whether NOR, EPH or CLEN is best singularly at burning fat.

NOR has anorectic affects that EPH and CLEN do not

EPH has stim effects that NOR and CLEN do not

CLEN has pure Beta agonism, eph and nor eph do not, plus a 36hr half life.

I like clen because i feel like anything that works 24 hours a day is in the long run going to give better results. It may not be as potent at fat burning the first three hours after you take it as say EC, but the EC wears of in a few hours where clen keeps going for 36 hours. So cumulatively i say clen is best in the long run. But great advice on 2 weeks on clen, then switch it up(EC/NYC) for at least 2 weeks couldnt agree more.-WULF

clen is the best, if you can use Ventipulmin, liquid clen, I like 2 days 2 days off...personally worked the best. I like the cycling idea though...

laying it down-

NYC is very effective- nor E is thermo, however in humans it is not most thermogenic(that quip is taken out of context by syntrax). However it is by far the best anorectant. It is thermogenic, contrary to the posts of some ill informed individuals elsewhere, it is a b2 agonist- though its binding and activation are quite different from clen and E.-- how exactly is NOT known.

Primary anorectant effects are due to A1 agonism.. similar to provigil- why it provides wakefulness and alertness as opposed to "jacked" like E (though this varies due to the other constituents of NYC)

ChillyDog - Start with one in the morning and then one about 2PM then go up one tab every other day until you get to 5-6.
