NYC CUSTOMS....Parcially destroyed?

I heard on the news that the customs building has sustained damage and part of it has caved in...I hope everyone is ok, even if they are snagging our gear, a job is a job, I guess! Anyway, can anyone conferm or deny this report?

Who told you that? US Customs port of entry is at JFK Airport. Nowhere near the Trade Center

YMKP - the US Customs Building - headquarters for the entire agency- is right next to where the twin towers stood....it took a helluva hit. We wish for the best for these folks as well.

I hate customs, but I don't hate the people who work for customs, I join in wishing them well.

OK the headquarters, I was just thinking of the actual hub. I stand corrected.

There's no reason to hate customs, IMO... the job they do is necessary, they don' t only look for AAS. The only problem is with the AAS laws, not with customs.

agree with you bro, the reason behind this post was that I have been waiting for some gear and it would have went through the NYC port, at least one of the stations..there are a few in the NYC area....as there is in all major cities that accept forein flights...
