nutritional ratios for gaining LBM

what kind of ratios do you guys use when trying to gain mass. I'm thinking a 50P/35C/15F... what do some of you use and why?
 
I use 50% protein...40% carbs and 10% Fats give or take a little...I also use the same ratios while cutting...I just lower my over all caloric intake...
 
another thing, what shouldnt you eat together.. like dont ear carbs and fat?? Im unsure about this..... is there any truth to these 2 or any others, why?
 
when Bulking I eat carbs, protein and fats at every meal....I may cut the fat out at my last meal just because it's so late at night
 
IMO, it depends. Why I say this is:
1. Are you using AS?
2. How much are you increasing calories? This will effect the ratios.
3. What are your current stats. (are you10%bodyfat or 30%?)
Assuming you will be on AS and you are increasing current calories at least 10%... I recommend 35%P 50%C and 15%F. If you were not taking any AS I would recommend taking 5% from carbs and moving to fat to help support test production.

PS this is the short analysis

why on a gaining cycle try eating 20cals per lb of bodyweight, the ratios i like are 45%c/45%p/10%f
