IMO, it depends. Why I say this is:
1. Are you using AS?
2. How much are you increasing calories? This will effect the ratios.
3. What are your current stats. (are you10%bodyfat or 30%?)
Assuming you will be on AS and you are increasing current calories at least 10%... I recommend 35%P 50%C and 15%F. If you were not taking any AS I would recommend taking 5% from carbs and moving to fat to help support test production.
