8:00 - 4 Whole eggs, cup oatmeal, 2 banana's

10:00 - Whey with milk, cup of oatmeal, banana

12:00 - Chicken Breast, Rice, Brocolli

1:00 - Work

3:00 - Sunflower seeds, a cup at most

6:00 - off work

6:30 - Chicken Breast, Brocolli
7:45 - WO
8:45 - Whey with grape juice (20 oz's), banana

9:30 - Tuna, Brocolli, Milk



That's my diet.. I have no idea about my total calories, carbs, protein, and fats.

Banana's dont listen nutrition info.. either does brocolli. Grape juice and other things list them as one cup, and stuff.

Anyone have a ballpark figure of my totals? I think I might be eating too many carbs...

well for one I need to know what your goal is. Loose wieght, gain weight? I can see things that could need some adjusting. You can use this site to calculate your calorie intake. www.fitday.com

u think your eating too many carbs???????/what are you trying to do cut or bulk or what. i dont see nearly enough fat
