Im about to start 500mg of icn galenika enanthate and had a few q's.So I was wondering is it a waste to eat big protein meals, like say 80 grams of protein a meal?
Is it ok to eat slow digesting protein 2 hours after eating another type of slow digesting protein? For example eating 1 lb of ground beef 2 hours after say 3 chicken breasts.
What do you guys think of me eating 2 lbs of cottage cheese before i go to bed?
Should I wake up in the middle of the night to consume a whey protein shake,or is the sleep more important?
Would I be ok with 10 mg nolvadex everyday?
Is it practical to eay around 20 gms protein before a workout to keep positive nitrogen balance or will it be used as energy?
Im currently doing a 3 day split.Monday=chest/tris Wednesday=Legs Friday=Back/Bis/Shoulders/Traps Should I increase the frequency,or maybe just add a couple sets into each workout?
Thanks guys, with your help I will blow up!I will post results and I will try to take some pics.

I occasionly eat over 80 grams of protein in a meal and I am fine. I have been doing it for awhile now so try it and see how it goes. I only do this about once or twice a day and for my other meals I keep it a little lower than that.

DO YOUR BEST to eat balanced meals, not 2 fucking big meals and coco crispies the rest of the day!

This is to ensure nutrient balanced absorbtion through the day, avoid getting fat (unless you overeat all day long), and constant positive nitrogen balance. I try to get 60+g protein per meal, 5-6 meals a day. BALANCE is the key, otherwise you will waste what you eat. This will be especially true if you eat fast absorbing proteins like whey, which is really best for pre/during workout or post workout, and thats it.

well I only have time for about 6 meals during the day and 1 during the night. So whey is not good for night?Should I eat 2 cans of tuna at night?

From what I understand, correct me if I'm wrong vet's, but eating a lot of protein right before bed will turn into fat over night. balance is the key.

Not necessarily. If you take in like 60 grams protein with 60 grams of carbs and fat....then yeah. I take in about 40 g. protein before bed with about 20g fat. I won't go to bed without eating some sort of protein every night. There are some obvious things to avoid, but I always get about 40g protein per meal 6-7x a day.

Yup! Bingo!

If you can't find a multi-species protein on the market you like, try www.proteinfactory.com

Some whey in the morning might also be good, to get some protein in the bod pronto, I don't know how much you sleep but I prefer 8-9 hours which is a long time. There are still milk & egg proteins out there as well...
