Nutrition Prep with AAS.

Alright guys, I have a few questions for the nutrition savy guys.

I have been methodically calculating my calories for the past 10 weeks. Reducing essentially 100 calories every week. Doing a super slow cut so I preserve my muscle mass.

Age 22. Weight 175. BF% 7-8. Height 5'8

I want to run my second cycle coming up soon leading into a show. My question would be this...

Once I start my cycle either test suspension or test E & maybe Anavar. How many calories do you think I should add in per week to put on some size? I want to keep my BF around the same percentage and I think I can do that if I specifically add in the right amount of macros per week. So I just want to hear some opinions on this topic. Any input would greatly be appreciated.

Also if someone that has prepped for a show using AAS PM me so we can talk about how to really hone in on the proper way to do it with the right compounds and nutrition. Thanks
