V vtec96 New member May 7, 2002 #2 well i get 96% and its like 25g p and 4.5f for 4 oz, so double that for 8 oz and add like 1% and there u go... hope that helps...

K kiwibrian New member May 9, 2002 #3 beef per 100 grams = 25- 28 grams protein chicken 100 = 25 -30 fish 100 = 16-20 approx good luck
