Nutrition Dept, I need some work!!

could you guys, suggest some quick, easy, or chep meals to help out my gains guicker!! i know grilled chicken, tuna and what not, just askin!! thanks!!

gotta mix it up with the basics, sucks but chicken, tuna,steak basic muscle food.. If trying to bulk make tuna salad w/ low fat miracle whip and put in 4-5 cans of tuna or make your chicken and cut it up put on a salad or over pasta. thousands of ways to make chicken or tuna dishes cheaply so you dont get bored with same old food.. I will make 10-15 chicken breasts at a time and prepare them 2or 3 different ways and freeze them. one of my fattier favorites is grilled chicken covered in pizza sauce topped with cheese..
If you are having a hard time getting enough cals. to gain can not go wrong with chicken and pasta dishes, just have to watch the salt intake..
 
One of my favorite meals lately.

8oz chicken w/ some BBQ sauce
16oz water w/ 1cup oats and 2 packs splenda Blenderize and chug

1 cup of oats will run you about .15 and the chicken about $1.30 for 8oz. That meal is less than $1.50. Eat this 3 or 4 times a day.
