folks,

does anyone happen to know what nutrition database to use when trying to integrate it with your website? For example, when you type in a food like grilled chicken breast, it gives you all the nutrition facts?

fitday.com and nutritiondata.com are the two most useful sites I have found. One does what you are asking for ( fitday) and then the other allows you to entire a full home made recipe itno the system and then ask it how many calories and where they all come from are in a serving of that recipe. Does all the work for you. Together the two sites can help you a lot.

Yea have seen those sites... I am starting my own nutrition site and wanted to offer that type of service on my site.

So I was wondering if anyone knew what database all those sites are referring too or using.
