how much protein, fat,carbs and calories do i need to gain some serious size, with asleast fat
 
Post this in the diet forum and you will probably get some excellent advice. Each person is different, Mr. X knows some people that get over 10,000 cal / day when bulking. I cant come near that, but do get at least 400g protein and 3500-4000 cal min., though I try for more. Maintenance for me is around 2500-3000. My problem is that I dont bulk as clean as I should and end up eating a lot of crap, leaving myself more work to do when it comes time to cut up.
 
how can i get that many calories without getting fat? and besides taking 5-6 shakes a day, how else will i get the other protien
 
Dont take so many shakes. Eat real food. Lots of grilled chicken breasts. I buy the big frozen 10lb bag and grill them all. Then I reheat them and eat them during the week. I also like eggs. For breakfast try, 4-5 whole eggs, 4 pc bacon, 2 pc toast, 1-2 cups oatmeal. Then do a shake before lunch. Then do lunch. Do a pre and post workout shake. Do a snack, etc. You'll get the idea.
 
ok, how much of my protein do i need to get from my shakes then. also, does anyone think if i made my own protien at protienfactory i could take it protein with high carbs and fat in th early part of the say, and then drop the carbs and fat as the day goes along
