Numerous questions for new steroid user

Malleus

Hello, this is my very first post! I have been reading threads constantly for quite awhile now and am ready to ask a few questions.

I am 20 years old and have been lifting for about six years. Unfortunately, I think I have been doing a lot of overtraining. I don't put on mass very easily, but have good definition. I have been contemplating steroid use for a few months now. From what I read awhile ago, Deca was the only safe steroid if I was concerned about hair loss. Unfortunately, it seems like the vast majority of Deca users get impotence in some form or other, which would also be an issue for me. Most of the contributors to the board seem to think that a Deca-only cycle is a bad idea, and that it should be combined with some form of Test. Now, here come the questions....

With Test, would the impotence given by Deca be counteracted? In terms of hair loss (my mother's father was bald, so I guess that puts me in line for male pattern baldness), would it be permanent or temporary? What's the likelihood of Gyno (I have never had any indication that I am prone to it). Why are enanthate and cypionate preferred to Sustenon? What doses of Deca and Test are recommended for a first time user (I'm 6'2" about 180 lbs.)? For the duration of a first time cycle, is shorter or longer to be preferred? If I opt for a shorter cycle, would the dosage be higher?

Also, I was curious as to what should be done differently while on Sust/Deca, in terms of diet (water intake?), workouts (what kind of split, etc.), and sleep. I know that with Deca it is important to eat lots and lots of protein, but does anyone have any suggestions on how to keep up this diet (including what to eat) for someone who has trouble eating a lot? Last thing: in terms of workout routine, should I bring in power-lifting routines like dead lifts and squats which I currently don't have in my repertoire?

I know a lot of these questions are probably answered in other threads, but it would help me a lot to get your responses. I know I shall have to get all my ducks in a row before I even venture into the world of steroids, but your answers to my questions will help me a lot. Sorry for the barrage of questions, and thanks for all your help!

300mg deca/pw
400mg enanthate/pw

simple has that!!

the one test you want to avoid when hair loss is concerned is sten.... furthermore impotence is NOT an issues whwn you use deca with some test, just make sure you take more test than deca and everything will be ok..

A nice little 6 weeks like this with a good diet high in protein(2 grams per lbs)and lots of cals...you should pack on some good size for a first jabbing session..

Stack sensibly and dont go overboard!!!

Good luck

I disagree. While the drug dosages are okay, sten will not cause any more hairloss than any other tests...and 6 weeks is too short. 8 weeks should be your minimum, 10 being optimal.

I had all the same questions when I first joined this board and then some.

A bro here told me not to even think about doing any juice until I had been around here for at least a year educating myself.

I took his advice, and just finished my first cycle, and I am extremely pleased with the results. If you want some good topics to start with, do a search on the following:

Post cycle recovery

steroid profiles

gyno

liquidex

nolvadex

and take a few minutes a day to read up on things here.
Good luck and welcome. Just remember you do NOT want to get into anything here if you don't know what you're doing first.

Egads! Stop with the cycles already....how about asking a few questions to begin....like, what's your diet look like? What's your sleeping patterns? How's your training regimen and what's it look like? If you're not putting on serious mass it's not that you need AAS, you need these dialed in first. You are in the prime of your Test production and dialing in these things first, will get you primed for what you can really do......

I'm 43, did my first cycle at 42 due to low blood serum levels of Test. Unless you go and prove via blood work that you've got a problem, you're blowing a wad of cash on your cycle. Additionally, if you're diet, rest, training are not dialed in...and you add AAS, you could be wasting up to half of your money to get mediocre results......

So the question is, at 20, are you humble enough to divulge it all, and take some serious critique from the rest of us :-). I competed prior to AAS, I use AAS now to maintain and gain as my Free-Test is radically low due to genetics.

My 2 cents, take it or leave it <G>

He's telling it like it is bro. your body is already making enough of what you need -- learn to maximize your diet, training and rest. All the juice in the world is only a small part of the picture if those other things are or aren't in line.
