Numerical Value Effects of supplements

I've lost much more weight then I expected on my current diet and am wondering: have I lost alot of muscle? water? or has it been fat?

How strong of an effect are Sesapure/Thermorexin/Glucoroll supposed to have on fat loss?

Up your calories a little bit or cut back on some cardio. Also you may have had some water weight, I was losing excess water weight for like a week or two it seemed like. As long as your lifts are progressing forward and you haven't stalled or even worse, went back, you aren't losing muscle.

if you just started a diet from eating dirtier..you will start to lose a lot of water weight initially..it will stop though, and if your losing weight fast you def need to up your cals..as you will start losing a lot of muscle if your cals are low

How do you look? This is the most important thing...if you now like how you look better, or it's in the right direction, then who cares what you lost? If you don't like how you look now, re-evaluate....

but to answer your question a little more, if you lost "much more" weight than you expected on your diet, you most likely lost some muscle too. How far under maintenance were you taking your calories? What type of lifting plan were you doing?

I'm befuddled....(cool word)

I look thinner. Easiest thing to notice is the veins on my arm, unless vein visibility is relative to water weight, then my bodyfat has gone down a bit. I can notice visual the rest of my body is thinner as well.

I'm pushing more weight then 3 weeks ago, and it is easier. Deadlift 255 w/o gloves was easier then deaflift 240 with gloves. Same with squat. Havn't missed a squat rep in about a month.

According to some calculators my BMR is around 2200. I workout 3x a week and do some occasional football/jump rope. I eat 2400-2500 calories a day.

The biggest thing that has thrown me off is to start I weighed 226. This was 18 days ago. I dropped to 222.5 at the end of week 1, which was Chrismas weekend. At the end of week 2, I was up to 224 because of 4 cheat days. On the 4th day of week 3 I was 218.

So -8 pounds after 18 days with 4 extreme cheat days. I have gained strength and I can tell I am a good bit thinner.

There is no real problem, just I'm wondering why I have had so much sucess. Only thing I can think of is the supplements.
