Number One Tip For Getting Huge!!!

Everyone has heard this before, but until you really give it a shot you will never know what im talking about. I guarantee you are not doing it correctly unless it is literally more difficult than an intense leg workout.

The one tip I have to offer for my elite bro’s (mostly nubies) is too stuff your face as absolute much as you can. This is the GOLDEN rule of getting huge. Im talking pounds meat, chicken, tuna, protein powders, and TONS…literally TONS of quick oats, potatoes, rice etc. Why harder than an intense leg workout…well, if you aren’t stuffing your face until you constantly are sick of food and feel like vomiting all the time, then you could be eating more…hence…getting bigger. It wasn’t until I started stuffing my face with as much clean shit as possible when I started to really grow. Coupled with a little test and maybe a little bit of deca or e.q. growth is UNLIMITED. This may sound like a broken record, but until you put this tip to TRUE usage you will not grow way past your true potential. If you don’t believe me…go ahead, use grams, and grams of test and other drugs, but if you don’t give that shit the fuel to MAKE you big, then you are literally wasting your money. Trust me, I have learned the hard way.
 
I agree totally...endos not apply but for ectos and lean mesomorphs, turning your body into a food processing machine is the key.

This tip isn't just for the ectos...That's kind of the point of the post. Most people have a restrictive parranoia that inhibits them, psychologically, from eating to thier full extent for muscle growth. Anybody whom is serious about bodybuiding isn't fat to begin with, so there should be no concern about being ripped until you have reached your desired amximum size(which takes many years, not one 10 week cycle). One caution, however, is that this type of eating generally doesn't work for naturals. Juice allows your body to make far better use of far more nutrients and this is where thier true anabolic effects are seen, so, suffice it to say that if you aren't providing your body with all the nutrients it can make use of you are limiting gains.

it seems to me that the more I eat, the more it gains in my stomache and no where else. it looks like I have a beer gut and I don't drink.......why is that?
to much food?
 
For me, if I stuff my face, I turn into a fat fuck. So for me the secret to getting huge is: Busting my ass consistantly for years and years while eating clean.
 
If you find yourself getting fat then the best tip to address this is to lower the glycemic level of the carbs your taking in. For example, instead of eating 3 potatoes at dinner...eat 3 cups of quick oats. You will stay leaner this way, but keep getting bigger.
