Numb hands from HGH! Help!!!

Alright guys, I've been on hgh for over 4 months now. Loving the stuff. I started out at 3iu and ramped up to 6iu by going up 1iu every 2 weeks. For the last month I have been only doing 2iu every day because my hands are numb all day. I know this is a typical side and know my stuff isn't bunk. But is there anything I can do to make it go away or will it go away with time. I don't want to stop yet. HELP!
 
I'm kind in the same situation right now with my peptides that I'm on my hands really don't stay numb all day but my grip suffers quite a bit

Are you having any swelling in your hands do you notice fluid retention in your hands at all??

Nam hand is a side effect of HGH of it something that you should not mess around with it can cause nerve damage in my hands because what that tingling and numb feeling is is the swelling in water retention in the hand is pressing on all the nerves that run thriugh your hands

There's also some key nerves that run through your wrist into your hands it also causes the feeling to be more amplified

Prescription Duiretics help with the swelling a little bit but for me is when I wake up first thing in the morning my hands are literally cramps so bad but the rest of the day it's gotten a lot better I'm thinking about altering my dose because I don't want any permanent side effects from nerve damage
 
I don't notice it in my hands but my tendons in the bottoms part of my wrist are definitely swollen so it's not my hands more my wrists are swollen. I want it to go away lol

It's bad in the morning where my fingers and numb and tingly and wakes me up. I am not doing a sauna sit everyday to see if that helps with the fluid retention.
 
Yea it sucks have u tried lowering dose and slowly bringing. It up again ?

I'm in the same boat ur in man it's just how it is 😬at least u know ur stuff is legit !!!

I have been on mine about 2 months and never had this issue before but all of a sudden boom! I woke up one morning and my fingers were All jacked up!

Just one of hose things if it does not get better I would lower dose and slowly ramp it up! Now if ur hands / wrists stay like this for a extended period of time there can be nerve damage due to constant pressure (water/fluid) pressing on the nerves

Mine is getting to the point where my grip wile doing lifts suffers

Last thing I wanna do is lower dose but shit gotta do what u gotta do
 
I know man. I know I didn't ramp up right when I started and just used way too much. I'm at 2iu a day. I don't know how much lower I can go than that lol. I thought it would
Be gone by now.

I'm curious to try a diuretic like lasix or something. I wonder if I stopped until it went away then started up at 2iu and slowly ramped up if that would be better?

I really want to stay on though
 
Yeah I started at 4iu for a month then went to 6-8iu for a couple months. Then it got bad. Month 4 is coming to an end and I've been on 2iu a day for the entire duration of this month. Not getting better. So you think I should stop then start back low and slowly ramp up when it has all gone away?
 
Typically I would say cut the dose down but you have already done that.
You may want to try the 5 ON 2 OFF and see if that helps.
 
I'm doing the 5 on 2 off. Could it be that I blasted so hard that I'm still feeling the wrath of taking too much to soon a month later?
 
Yes that could be it but the again no one really knows why ur still experiencing sides at such a low dose

Not sure on that one I would drop it till ur sensation comes back then slowly add it

Good idea on going off for a bit. Then ramp up slowly from there. It could have been the high dose buildup after time and then the effects came in.

It could just be a side effect you get regardless of dose and it just took time to develop. Side effects don't always come instantly.

Let us know how it goes after coming off for a bit. Good luck bro. I hope it turns out better for you the next time around.
 
I've been off for a week and the tingling and carpel tunnel have gone down a lot. It was my whole hands staying numb but now it's just my pinky and ring finger. Hoping another week off it will be gone so I can start up again at 2iu 5 days on 2 off

I did a 75 rep drop set on db flat bench starting at 100 lb db and I knew when I could not hold on cuz of my hands being numb I had to do somthing

My lifts were suffering

I could lift the weight all day long but my hands wouldn't allow me to grip it well

I cut back to 2 doses but still not 100% better it's only 50% 😬

Sucks cuz I really hate to alter my stuff but lifts can never suffer cuz of a compound !!

So by you splitting your doses it made it a little better?

That's one thing I probably should have been doing but haven't is splitting the dosage. I pin it all right when I wake up
 
Bro It might be your GH. I've had issues with certain brands especially blue tops. Kigs, Rips and Soma don't bother me nearly as much. Try cutting back on the sodium, sauna and eat some pineapple. I've had a pro bodybuilder tell me about that one. Also, I wouldn't fuck around with Lasix if you don't know what your doing you could end up in a bad situation, especially if you work in the sun. As everyone else mentioned cutting back your dose and slowing adding more is the best advice you can get.

Also I noticed my joints were pretty stiff while I was pinning 6iu in the am. Elbows and shoulders especially. But once I got warmed up my workouts were amazing and recovery was quick

Well I am running peps with my deca and var

With peps u dose every 3 hrs it gives ya a gh pulse

As far as ur dosing u don't need to split it really won't matter

Well I plan on starting up in a week as long as the numb hands are gone. Lucky you are on deca. I bet that would help my joint issue. 😄 I wonder if I started on some test if that would help.

I haven't played with any other brands yet and am happy with the results in getting but not these side effects. I think I just went up to fast and shocked the hell out of my body. I almost went with rips but backed out when a lot of people were saying most are fakes now
 
Deca is great for me

I have weightlifter shoulder and two knees that crack like hell when I get up to 4 plates+ on squats

My regimen now is this and my joints don't hurt at all and feel great

300 mg test p
400 mg deca
50 mg var
Ghrp 6 ghrp 2 and sermorelin two dose am and pm


My deca dose drops to 200 next week but have been on all of that except the var for 14 weeks var was added last week for 6 weeks so it's a 20 week mini blast

My heavy blasts when I do are short 8 week blasts

Put on a solid 18 lbs or so all lean as I have been running Ai and Duiretics in conjunction

Estrogen is low in the teens and test levels are over 1500

All joints feel great
Cruising now looking for a solid 210 ish 7-8%

Might be more mass than 210 cuz I'm almost at my 8% and I'm 216 it keeps fluctuating because of my refeed days but I know my body and the final result will be bout 210 ish

But deca is my Buddie 😜


Have run npp and was not impressed guess cuz my current stack is all a prescription and tat gear blows ugl outta the water 💉💪👍😎

Morning sucks with the hands it's horrible
 
Btw I don't remember if it was mentioned before but they make wrist wraps u can get at cvs or walgreens if ur in the states that help with people with carpal tunnel syndrome it helps the wrist straighten out in the correct direction when you sleep and really helps some ppl

Thanks bro! I really appreciate the advice! If you don't mind me asking what is your cardio regime to keep yourself that lean? I'm in the 12% range at the moment but I fluctuate due to how much cardio I do or diet? I like HIIT but what exactly do you do your hit on? I jump between the eleptical and stairmaster. 2 min intense and 2 cruising...
 
No worries man !!

I lift 6 days a week 5 out of those 6 I hit cardio later in the afternoon

Lift 8 am cardio 5 pm

My cardio consists of battle ropes, 420 lb tire flips ball slams box jumps etc
I do 1 min all out intensity and 40 sec rest for 20-30 min

Note my heart rate is 190-200 in my intense min and drops to 140 ish on my rest


I also finished every workout my am lift with a 60 pound kettle bell swings I do 10 sets of 20

I eat about 25 - 2600 cal that's about 400-ish under my maintenance I have high carb days and no carb days on my no carb days I do less than 50 g of carbs my foods are proteins and fats (avocados coconut milk salmon etc. ) on my carb days it's oats brown rice white rice all the complex carbs

Like a normal carb cycling you keep your low carbs on your light training days but truth be told I don't have any light training days the only light now I have a Sunday when I don't do anything but cardio my training guys are ridiculous they're always intense always hard it takes everything I have to make it back for a second cardio session

I very rarely do any kind of cardio on machine work!! I'll do the stairstepper every now and then before competitions or shows but I really prefer doing intense active manual cardio

My gym is a Wharhouse gym with rusty weights and u can scream and yell when ur lifting if needed

Sounds great! I'm from Waco so I know all about that bro! My gym just got those battle ropes in and I've been hesitant. To try them. They look like a solid cardio sesh if you do them hard and intense.

What my question is is how do body builders get up to the 10-12iu range and handle the sides? This baffles me...
