Dude,
I had left ankle surgery yesterday, am on crutches, have a cast up to my knee, and went to the gym today to do upper body work at lunch. If I can hop on one leg from the plate rack to the incline bench on one leg with two 45 lb. plates per trip, then you can make it into the gym and do a workout tired. Not rippin' you, just sayin'.............
